Privacy notice
This notice explains how S M B D M Accounting & Bookkeeping L.L.C (Dubai, licence 1001964) handles personal data you send through smbdmaccounting.com.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: name, email, mobile (optional), company, number of companies, preferred contact method and your message.
- Your answers to the books health check and the quote form, if you send them.
- Limited technical data to protect the form from abuse: a hashed fingerprint of your IP address and browser. We don't store the IP address itself.
What we don't do
We don't use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising tools on this website, and we don't sell your data.
Why we use it
- To answer your request, arrange the call and send your quote.
- To send you a few emails about our service, if you agree. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Where it's stored and who processes it
- Amazon Web Services: website hosting and storage of requests (Frankfurt region, EU).
- Loops: sending our emails.
- Google Workspace: our email, when we reply to you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months unless you become a client, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or stop our emails, by writing to hello@smbdmaccounting.com. We handle data in line with the data protection laws that apply in the UAE.
